Be advised that you are giving us full rights to publish and distribute your song, including the underlying lyrics and music, and to make available your name, image, and biographical material without any compensation to you. EZ-Tracks will not be liable to you or to any affiliated or non-affiliated third party in any way for making your song available to the public at no cost.
