Queen - A Night at the Opera Album

The A Night at the Opera album was a breakthrough for Queen, a group that combined its classical and operatic pretensions with a telling wink, letting us know that they were actually not taking themselves so seriously after all. This was most evident in their classic “Bohemian Rhapsody,” but other songs on the album aren’t quite as bombastic.—for instance, the gorgeous piano-based "You're My Best Friend" and the McCartney-like "39," as well as the music-hall-style "Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon" and the hard driving rockers "Death on Two Legs" and "I'm in Love with My Car." In fact, with its musical range, this is possibly the quintessential Queen album.
