The Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet Album

The Beggars Banquet album is one of the Stones’ two or three best, so it is also one of the greatest rock and roll albums in history It begins with “Sympathy For The Devil” the great social decay anthem, but the album really comes into its own with its acoustic country and country blues stylings that separate it from the Stones’ other landmark offerings. There’s some beautiful acoustic, bluesy work here including "Dear Doctor," "Prodigal Son," "No Expectations," and "Factory Girl"--that has helped Beggars stand out so effectively through the years. It also stands out because it offers the closest you’ll get to sincerity out of the lyrics of Keith Richard.
