Dashboard Confessional - Dusk and Summer Album

In the Dusk and Summer album Christopher Carrabba's angst-ridden, whiney lyrics are replaced by an amped up Dashboard Confessional asserting themselves, even in the softer, acoustic outings, as true rockers. Highlights include the hard rocking “Reason to Believe,” “Rooftops and Invitations,” and the soft piano ballad “So Long, So Long,” with Adam Duritz from Counting Crows. The title track “Dusk and Summer,” is an elegant acoustic track sure to make hearts melt and is the best and most radio ready track on the record.
