ALBUM REVIEW
The Foo Fighters’ Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace album finds the band reunited with producer Gil Norton, who last worked with the band ten years ago. The match-up is great and results in one of the Foo’s most diverse and confident albums to date. Some people like fervent all-out rock, while others like them when they lean toward pop, and still others like the acoustic Foos. This album has a little of everything. So if you like Dave screaming his guts out, then there is a song or two for you, and if you like catchy numbers or ballads, you’ll also find something else to like. The Foos refuse to be typecast, and that’s a good thing for music.
