ALBUM REVIEW
The Station to Station album perhaps pulls together the diverse elements that make up David Bowie’s style better than any of his other CDs. Station to Station" is transitional album that bridges 70's dance music to the new wave style that would come into its own with the "Berlin Trilogy" of "Low," "'Heroes'," and "Lodger,” while lyrics like those on "Diamond Dogs” and "Golden Years," the albums pop hit, would have fit well on the earlier "Young Americans" or the later "Let's Dance." So basically fans of almost every other Bowie effort will find something to like on Station to Station. It’s one of the top five Bowie albums of all time.
