My father is a wonderful man and he has done a lot for my sisters and myself. I always wanted to find a man that was like him to marry. A man that was strong, but gentle in love and kindness when it come to his children and his wife. He worked hard to give us what we needed, but was always there when we needed a gentle hand and a love to pick up our hearts when they were broken. My dad is the man that I want my son and my grandsons to model their selfs after and I finally found the man I want to marry after 46 years. He is just like my father warm and loving, but has the stern hand if need be. I love my father with all my heart and I care for him now. He has leukemia, diabetes, and hypertension, and I believe it is my turn to have the loving hand to care for him like he did me. He is now 69 years old and still a sweet man that still thinks he is the rock that can't be broken, but he needs a helping hand once in a while.
