No, you have two songs:
99 luftballons (german) and 99 red ballons.
but the good name of that ballons is "HOT air ballons."

It doens't mean "red ballons" it literally translates as "air ballons" but that wouldn't sound good in english

no, it actually means "99 air balloons." but since "air balloons" doesn't make much sense in english, they added the word "red" to fill in the missing syllable.
