Lil Wayne won fan's hearts with his endless stream of ludicrously garbled mix-tape tracks, not his mediocre studio fare, so you might be hesitant to embrace "Lollipop," the first single off the chronically delayed The Carter I. But have no fear'Lil Wayne finally delivers on his promise!
