Disturbed is a great name for a band who’s single, the Inside the Fire mp3, is a about a guy standing over his dead girlfriend after she has committed suicide, as the Devil exhorts him to kill himself, too. As you would expect the sound is menacing, the mood dark and grim. What else would you expect from such a song?

Disturbed has posted another song, "Perfect Insanity", on its web site. The track, a reworked version of a song the band wrote and recorded early on in their career, is also supposed to appear on "Indestructible", which will be a heavier, angrier, more aggressive record than either 2005's "Ten Thousand Fists" or 2002's "Believe.” Here’s hoping their fans will get it.
