With its catchy guitar riffs, bouncing baselines and infectious drum parts, Tokyo Police’s Tessellate mp3 is a breath of fresh air and one hell of a get up and dance song. All of the songs off Tokyo Police’s debut LP are decidedly upbeat. Indeed, like Hot Hot Heat and the Arctic Monkeys before them, Tokyo Police have figured out their formula, which isn't completely original or new, but they do it well and they do it in 2 minute songs that sound like they can all be singles.
