I believe the Millie mp3 represents the second single off The Carter I album that platinum-selling rapper Lil Wayne is coming out with. It’s hard to believe that any song could quite compete with “Lollipop,” the first single, but even if this tune is half as successful it will still establish Lil Wayne as one of the princes of modern rap.

Lil Wayne is not trying to reinvent the wheel and many of the techniques he uses were popularized by other artist first. (For instance he uses an auto tune device that was first popularized by T-Pain. However, Lil Wayne has the ability to synthesize other artists and come up with something that is totally his own. He does so again in Millie.
