Demi Lovato La La Land sticks close to the musical territory of the J-Bros and Miley, in fact the boys co-wrote a few of the songs on her debut cd Don’t Forget, including the La La Land mp3. Sounding like the musical equivalent of an airbrushed photo, Lovato’s La La Land download floats by like a perfect pop song: in one ear and out the other. Faux punky guitars will add to Lovato’s “rocker” image among youngsters, just as Avril Lavigne’s similarly plastic pop-punk did a few years back.
