Johnny Rotten to be played by JT?

While my first instinct is to wince and scream “nooooooooooooooooo” at the top of my lungs, I can actually see this coming together in my minds own personal movie screen. Yes JT comes from a very wholesome background, and yes, he’s a former boy band singer who grew up in a red state. But he does do a mean English accent as one can attest from his cameos on Saturday Night Live, and he has started starring in some edgy films. It would definitely propel him to mega stardom if he could pull it off, and I definitely agree that he would put his 100% into the effort if chosen. Just please don’t let it be Johnny Depp, he’s too much of the “obvious choice” and is too old at this point to play the part with genuine abandon.
