Embarrassing Moment Could End Idol’s Career

(EZ-Tracks) - It could be the end of the line for American Idol contestant Brooke White. The 24-year-old singer made a major mistake on Tuesday’s episode of the popular singing competition when she forgot the lyrics to her song, stopped the song, and started over. Judge Paula Abdul reprimanded the teary-eyed singer, telling her, “You must never start and stop.” Surprisingly, normally stern judge Simon Cowell was more forgiving of the singer’s misstep, saying that he would’ve done the same thing if he were in her position and that it was, “actually a very brave thing to do.” The Mesa, AZ singer with the sunny disposition has been one of Cowell’s favorites of the season. Of course, in a singing competition, the contestants are responsible for learning and singing new song lyrics each week. Therefore, it seems likely that White may face some negative fallout when the votes are tallied for tonight’s elimination show.

Wow, her only job is to remember to words to a song and she can’t even do that right? Vote her off the show!
