Britney Spears’s Father Plans to Sell Her House

(EZ-Tracks) - In the ongoing battle for tabloid headlines between Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears, it looks as though Spears may be taking the lead once again. On Tuesday, a Los Angeles county commissioner ruled that Spears’s father, Jamie, is permitted to sell the popstar’s home, Reuters reports. After a string of wild incidents earlier this year, including an ongoing custody battle, run-ins with the police and an extended stay in the hospital, the troubled singer is currently under a co-conservatorship her father Jamie and attorney Adam Wallet. The court’s ruling comes as something of a surprise, seeing as though Spears seems to have made some positive progress in recent months, taking steps to improve her professional life as well as her relationship with her children and ex-husband.

Britney’s father seems to be getting a little big power-hungry. Hopefully someone is watching over him to make sure he’s doing what’s best for his daughter, and not his bank account.
