| (EZ-Tracks) - R&B singer Alicia Keys wants to return to her childhood days by developing a
drama loosely based on her upbringing in New York City. According to the
Hollywood Reporter, Keys will team up with UPN, the network that brought
comedian Chris Rocks' childhood experiences to life with the freshman sitcom
hit "Everybody Hates Chris," to exec produce the series. The premise of the
one-hour drama will follow a girl born to biracial parents, who is raised in
the gritty Hell's Kitchen part of New York by her mother and learns to play
classical piano at age six. |
