Civil Lawsuit Filed Against: Snoop, Soopafly, Kurupt, and the Game

(EZ-Tracks) - A civil lawsuit has been filed by Richard Monroe the 2nd against Snoop Dogg, Soopafly, Kurupt, the Game, and Daz Dillinger, all of whom were present during an onstage beating which Monroe received from their bodyguards. Despite the fact the Monroe jumped onstage during a performance at the White River Amphitheatre where Snoop and crew were playing, the allegedly traumatic experience that followed Monroe’s “taking of the stage” was so uncalled for that he’s attempting to sue Snoop Dogg, and the others, for $22-million in damages; under the pretenses of assault, battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Allegedly, Monroe jumped on stage because of an open invite from Snoop to “come up” and sing-a-long to “Gin and Juice.” When Monroe went to embrace Snoop, bodyguards took him down and stomped him, up until, and even after the fact that Monroe became unconscious. Monroe states that his emotional trauma stemmed from the bodyguards pouring cups of orange liquid on his body while he lay beaten on the floor. He also claims that they robbed him.

It’s no doubt that Snoop’s body guards are unqualified to work security, but $22-million? Man, that guy must feel like he’s won the lotto – and earned some street credit, too. I mean, who gets stomped out by celebrity henchmen?
