David Lee Roth Fantasizes about Van Halen

(EZ-Tracks) - Maybe, if David Lee Roth hadn’t wasted so much money partying in his earlier years, he wouldn’t be two steps away from becoming the spokesperson for a foot-sore cream. While he hasn’t signed on with any ointment companies yet, he appears to be getting desperate. After thinking he could fill Howard Stern’s shoes on CBS Radio, Roth discovered that he was sadly mistaken – fired as fast you can say “Van Halen Who?” Roth is now gunning for a new job, or perhaps the word “fantasizing” would be more accurate. David Lee Roth has expressed a deep, almost desperate, desire to once again become the lead singer of Van Halen; according to reports Roth sees this fate as inevitable. While psychological experts have not yet had a chance to determine if Roth is suffering from paranoid delusions, it is clear that Roth is living in fantasy land. The last time Roth recorded with his former band mates was in 1996.

David Lee Roth fantasizing about Van Halen, man, sounds like he’s just fantasizing about a job to me. It must be tough when you’re like 100-years old.
