New Study Finds Sexually Degrading Music Encourages Teen Sex | ||||||||||||

| (EZ-Tracks) - A disturbing new study has revealed that sexy music may be a real threat to the moral fabric of society – the study’s evidence suggests that “sexy music” poisons teens’ minds. The study, which was published in the August issue of Pediatrics, has already come under fire from some top-dog music industry representatives who’ve gone as far as insinuating that the music is not the cause but the effect. More simply put, they’ve suggested that “sleazy teens” happen to like “sleazy music” and that there is absolutely no real cause and effect correlation as the study seems to suggest. The study analyzed top artists that appeal to teens, and then went a step further investigating the lyrics. What they found was that a majority of the music “depicted sexually insatiable men pursuing women valued only as sex objects.” Interestingly, male artists are not the only offenders – sadly, many female artists have been happy to comply with this negative depiction in order to satiate their fans. | ||||||||||||
