Timberlake and Duran Duran Team Up

(EZ-Tracks) - Justin Timberlake has joined forces with 80’s icons Duran Duran. Sometime soon, their collaboration will be released, much to the joy of Timberlake and Duran Duran fans alike. It’s also apparent that Timberlake likes to keep things “woodsy,” which is why he may have enlisted Timbaland to produce this new song. Timbaland was the main producer on Timberlake’s FutureSex/LoveSounds. Allegedly, Timberlake and Duran Duran crossed paths for the first time at MTV’s 2003 Video Music Awards. While the Timberlake and Duran Duran collaboration is only mildly impressive, there have been some internet rumors floating around that Timberlake and Timbaland may be working on something with Smokey the Bear in order to raise wild-fire awareness. If this is true, Bono of U2 better watch out because it would seem that charity has a much newer, hipper, face.

Music Vixen Says: Despite the fact that Duran Duran won a lifetime achievement award, they’re pretty lucky to be working with Justin, because he’s the new King of Pop.
