Elton John Throws Hissy Fit in Uniondale, NY | ||||||||||||

| (EZ-Tracks) - Elton John, famous for songs like Rocket Man, is about to have a meltdown. During his latest concert at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Elton complained about his age and his record label. He’s reported as using some mighty powerful cuss words in reference to his record label Universal. Elton also alleged that he wants Universal to drop him because he’s 58 and he doesn’t care. However, apparently he does care, and very much so at that. Otherwise, he would be singing and dancing instead of complaining. Elton’s complaints have stemmed from his perception that Universal hasn’t backed his album The Captain And The Kid since it was first released in September. Though Elton is responsible for much musical magic, perhaps his time is over – out with the old, in with the new. Or, maybe more simply, “The Captain And The Kid” might not be any good. Universal is slow to respond to these allegations – it would appear that they are biding time. | ||||||||||||
