One of the greatest male vocal groups to emerge out of the boy band era, N Sync captured the hearts of female teenagers everywhere becoming a phenomenon that lives on with the solo work of its members. Formed in Orlando, Florida in 1995 by now dethroned music mogul Lou Perlman, the group consisted of Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick (whose idea it had been to form a rival to the Backstreet Boys).
