The hard-rock band Chevelle formed in Illinois in 1995. While it released several well-received albums on its own, the band rose to national acclaim in 2002 with the release of the album Wonder What's Next? and the single, "Send the Pain Below."
Having toured with with Ozzfest and shared bills with heavy rock acts such as Audioslave, Filter and Sevendust, there was little question about the band's rock credentials.
