Eric Clapton pictures show an artist who was inducted three separate times into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In the 1960’s, Clapton earned the nickname “Slowhand” while playing with various rock groups including Cream and Derrick and the Dominos. He recorded the rock anthem, “Layla” with the latter group. During the 1970’s, Clapton played as a guest with some of the greatest performers of the era. In the ‘80s and ‘90s he met with even more critical success with hits like “Tears in Heaven”.
