It took awhile for Mark Schultz to realize that gospel music was his calling, but once he did, he never looked back. Raised in the rural farming community of Colby,
Kansas, Schultz, who was adopted into his family at two weeks of age, mainly showed early promise as an athlete, but nurtured his musical talent on the side.
