Percussionists with a flair for both tribal music and electronica, the Danish Safri Duo have come up with a sound that is as distinctive as it is inspiring. The duo is composed of Uffe Savery (born April 5, 1966) and Morten Friis (born August 21, 1968), who met as schoolboys and later again at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music.
