A German techno group whose reach has extended far beyond their country's boundaries Scooter continues to score outstanding club remixes on both sides of the Atlantic to this day. The group was formed in Hamburg in 1994 by by H.P Baxxter, Rick Jordan and Ferris Bueller, who together with producer Jens Thele had previously created several hits as part of the remix team the Loop.
