Rock and roll brothers from the past, hard rock superstars Velvet Revolver are known for music that critics call both dangerous and beautiful at the same time. The band was formed in Rancho Santa Margarita, California in 2002, consisting of former Guns N' Roses members Slash (guitar), Duff McKagan (bass) and Matt Sorum (drums), alongside Dave Kushner (guitar) formerly of punk band Wasted Youth.
