If you browse the Internet a lot the battery will drain quicker, but still lasts a solid 15-20 hours. Because of the docking station however it's hard to forget to plug it in, and thus it'll be charged more often. The only real problem with performance is caused by external factors, because when the wifi connection is slow everything will take longer to work.
