The Chi-Lites: Have You Seen Her-#3- One of the most consistent R & B groups of the seventies, the Chi-Lites had their first top ten pop smash in 71' with the # 3 hit "Have You Seen Her". Lead by the vocals of Eugene Record [who would later record solo] the Chicago based group would also score a # I R & B hit with the ballad. A few short months later in 72' they would reach the # 1 pop and r & b with '"Oh Girl". "Oh Girl" featured the high falsetto voice of lead singer Eugene Record. It would be the last #1, but they would go on to score 11 more r&b top 20s through the mid eighties.
