Dido's debut album, No Angel, was produced by Dido with the help of other contributors (including Rollo), and was released in mid-1999. The album spawned such hits as "Here With Me" (which was chosen as the theme song of the hit show, Roswell) and "Thank You" (which appeared on the soundtrack of the Gwyneth Paltrow film, Sliding Doors). Dido’s big break, however, came when superstar rapper Eminem sampled her song “Thank You” on his track, “Stan,” making Dido an instant success in the United States.
