imitators such as Static X and Limp Bizkit.
The group continues to chart well among heavy metal acts, although the early success of “Down with the Sickness” has yet to be matched. Repeat stints on the OzzFest tour alongside acts like Lacuna Coil, Marilyn Manson and System of a Down, and later its own multi-band tour, have helped Disturbed maintain its fanbase.

Original bassist Steve Kmak parted ways with the band prior to the release of its third album, Ten Thousand Fists in 2005. Vocalist Draiman underwent surgery for acid reflux-related problems in 2006, but has since returned to performing and recording without further incident.
Disturbed’s fourth album, Indestructible, is set for release in Summer of 2008, having already been preceded by the single, “This Moment,” which appeared on the soundtrack to the popular action film, Transformers.
