The Grass Roots: Temptation Eyes- # 15- Their seventh Top 30 hit, "Temptation Eyes" would actually peak at the # 15 position in early 1971. Although their line-up was in constant change from 1964 through the mid seventies, The Grass Roots were one of the most popular groups for almost a decade. Rob Grill [lead vocals, bass] and Warren Entner [guitar] were the mainstays of the band.

The Grass Roots: Sooner or Later- # 9- Their fifth Top 20 hit since 1966, "Sooner or Later" would peak at # 9 in the summer of 71 ' and be the last of their singles to reach the Top 10. Using a formula that never failed, all of the groups hits from 1966-1973 would be produced by the team of Steve Barn and Lou Adler with songwriting help from P.F. Sloan.

The Grass Roots: Glory Bound-# 34- With ten Top 30 hits charted since 1966, the Grass Roots landed "Glory Bound" the # 34 position in early 1972. By this time the group consisted of Warren Entner, Rob Grill [original members] Reed Kailing, Virgil Webber and Joel Larson. They would land three more top 75 singles before disappearing from the charts for good in 1976.
