Holly Dunn was born on August 22nd 1957 in San Antonio, Texas. Her brother, Chris Waters, is a famous country music writer who has helped her co-write many of her songs. She taken inspiration from her family especially because her brother is a country singer and her father is a minister. Dunn’s style is rock and country with a touch of gospel flavor which keeps her close to her roots.
