daughters of Tomate, a renowned traditional flamenco guitarist from Córdoba, Spain. The three had a breakout, international smash with 2002's "Aserejé" aka "The Ketchup Song," in which they combined elements of Spanish rumba, Latin pop, Jamaican reggae, and old-school hip-hop, to come up with an infectious sound which carried them to near the top of the charts throughout Europe and Latin America and earned them a Latin Grammy. Powered by the dance fusion single, the group's debut album, Las hijas del Tomate, sold 12 million copies. In 2006, they were joined by Rocío, their fourth sister, to represent Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006, and to record their sophomore effort, Bloody Mary, another tribute to their Andalusian heritage.
