Rod Stewart’s raspy voice has been rocking since 1968.
Stewart started playing with
Jeff Beck, an ace guitarist, which first brought him to the spotlight. The first albums Stewart recorded were Truth and Beck-Ola albums. Stewart truly reached his spot light when he began playing with the party band, Faces. Stewart continuously went back and fourth from playing with the Faces and recording solo albums.

Train,” and “All for Love.” Stewart also reunited with the Faces to record a very special Unplugged concert. Fans fell in love with Stewart’s version of the
Van Morrison classic, “Have I Told You Lately.”
The next project Stewart released was It Had to Be You…The Great American Songbook. This album was an elegant, slow ballad singing, masterpiece Stewart had been working on for years. “
The Way You Look Tonight” and “These Foolish Things” made the album a top seller. The album went along to sell five million copies. Stewart went on to record five more volumes of Songbooks…and won the long-awaited Grammy for “Best Traditional Pop Vocal.” Stewart continues to record and perform and is always in the limelight.
