in the Bible, and consists of Wes Willis (lead vocals, electric/acoustic guitar), Kevin Huguley (electric guitar, backing vocals), JD Frazier (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals), Jacob Chesnut (bass, backing vocals) and Jamie Sharpe (drums, backing vocals). The band members, who knew each other from high school, were only playing for a short while when they entered the Band on a Mission contest in Nashville and won first prize, drawing the attention of record companies and major music managers. Rush of Fools signed with Midas and their first single, "Undo," a ballad about man's sinful nature, quickly climbed to #1 on the Christian charts and was the most played song of 2007 on Adult Contemporary Christian Music radio stations. Rush of Fools won the 2008 Dove Award for Best New Artist, as well as Dove's in three other categories. Somewhat seasoned, they are soon to come out with their sophomore album, Wonder of the World. Judging from the sales figures, Willis is absolutely right.
