Snow (an acronym for Superb Notorious Outrageous Whiteboy) is the stagename of Darrin O'Brien, a rapper from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The nickname was bestowed upon him by a DJ called Marvin Prince.

Snow set himself apart from other rappers of the era by incorporating elements of Jamaican music into his sound, most notably his tongue-twisting vocals which are a rapid-fire (and often hard-to-deciper) blend of English and Jamaican Patois.

Snow's popularity among mainstream radio listeners peaked with his 1993 hit, "Informer." His debut album, 12 Inches of Snow, launched a second single, "Girl I've Been Hurt," which fell short of the success of its predecessor.

His second album, Murder Love, was released in 1995, but seemed to suffer from the departure of musical collaborator DJ Marvin Prince.

In subsequent years, Snow has failed to match the success of his hit and has thus labeled a one-hit-wonder among critics and music fans, often finding himself lumped into a category with the likes of Vanilla Ice.

Snow's most recent album, Nightmare, was released by Sony Records in 2006.
