Though he is famous for making and promoting music, Young Jeezy has also known for his troubled personal life. In March 2006, he was arrested after an alleged shootout involving some of his friends in Miami Beach, Florida. Then, in September, 2007, Young Jeezy totaled his Lamborghini when it was hit by a taxi on an Atlanta, Georgia street. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported his claim that this gave him "a new appreciation for life.” Despite all of his problems, however, Jeezy continues to pump out chart topping music for the many adoring fans of southern rap and his talent remains unquestioned.
